ABOUT ANDREW  -

My job is to help guide the process of buying and selling real estate so that it remains as uncomplicated and stress-free as possible for my clients.  I’m committed to client-centered service and do so with a friendly, easy-going approach. It my genuine belief, that a Realtor can be completely effective without being pushy and overly pressurizing.  Through a results-oriented style and by harnessing the best tools and techniques, I ensure my clients are well informed and highly successful in their real estate ventures.

In 1997, I became self-employed after establishing a successful photography supply house, which has further honed the entrepreneurial vision that is equally as well suited to the real estate industry.  It has been through these experiences and my approach that I’ve been able to achieve “Top 5” of new Pemberton Holmes agents during the first year in real estate and happily, remaining in the “Top 10%” of all agents in our firm ever since. 

Anything about photography, running, volleyball, family, camping and, of course, real estate, gives me a sense of fulfillment and joy.  My penchant for all these things allows me to love what I do – and when you love what you do, you do it with passion. 

I pride myself in being very accessible to my valued clients and welcome questions or inquiries related to real estate and property acquisition. 

With enormous gratitude and pride, I share with you some of the accolades I’ve received from trusted and valued clients and members of our community.  As a second generation Realtor and third generation Victorian, I share a residence in West Shore with my wife and sons.
