Your communication with us was consistent, positive, not-overwhelming, helpful. Your timing was very good. I just looked back at the emails that lead to us purchasing our new home and it started with an email from you Monday morning saying 'you should take a look at this.' I appreciated getting the heads-up when something was coming on the market you thought we'd like. And I appreciated that you were able to match your presence/commitment to our level of presence/commitment. When we first engaged in this process we weren't ready to buy or really even spend that much time looking. As we ramped up interest, so did you. I also appreciated that you made time for us at times that weren't necessarily ideal for you. There's a level of personal sacrifice that was evident.
