My services are client-focused and provided in a friendly and easy-going manner, yet I’m firm and assertive when protecting and promoting your interests in negotiations.
Self-employed since 1997, I’ve built my success through hard work, innovation, integrity and vision. By first establishing “Camera Traders” in Market Square, I honed an entrepreneurial vision that eventually led me to begin my career in real estate in 2006. I’ve lived in many areas of Victoria throughout my life including Saanich, Victoria, Oak Bay, Esquimalt and Langford. I currently live near the Uptown Mall in Saanich. I find the area perfectly central whether I’m working in town, in the Westshore, or on the Peninsula. Interests outside of real estate include trail running, volleyball, paddle boarding, fishing, sailing, and most anything else that lets me explore this beautiful West Coast.
I’ve always been a collector and appreciate the rare and unique. Whether its cameras and optics, mid-century modern furniture, books, old photographs and rare films, or a vintage 1984 Barth RV, I find the past fascinating and sometimes wish our society was less ‘disposable’ than it is today. I also love finding great homes for my clients.

I am currently fulfilling a second term on the Victoria Real Estate Board as a director. This allows me to stay up to date with current information about the market in Victoria.
I am passionate about photography and I have extremely high standards. This means I either hire the best, or take the photos of your home myself. This is essential to quality advertising and it’s something often neglected.
Learning more about interpersonal communication has been vital in my growth and communication skills. This led me to participate in the powerful counselling training program offered by Citizens Counselling Centre. This organisation provides counselling at an accessible fee for the people of Victoria. This training allows me to communicate even more effectively with my clients and fellow REALTORS® through negotiations.
I pride myself in being very accessible to my clients and welcome questions or inquiries related to real estate sales and acquisitions. My intention is to streamline the buying and selling process for my clients, keeping it uncomplicated and hassle-free from start to finish.
