Andrew worked with us in the spring of 2011 during a transfer through work and with his assistance we were successful in the purchase of our newest home. Andrew was patient with our changes in locations and in styles from the Condo and houses in Brentwood Bay to the Townhouse in Cordova Bay to the houses near the University to the homes in Cobble Hill to our eventual purchase of a house in Deer Park in Mill Bay. Andrew went the extra mile to help us – from his private client e-mails of new homes on the market, to his monthly newsletter, to the daily house facts sheets when we were viewing homes, to his getting on the floor to look into heat vents to confirm hardwood flooring, to the purchase price negotiating, to obtaining the numerous documents on our new home, and arriving on the closing day just that little bit earlier to let our carpet cleaner in!! Andrew Plank has been simply fantastic! He helped us sell our condo and get into our first home. Andrew did a great job selling our house for us. It was a large home with lots of character that we felt someone would love but was not something for everyone. Andrew was very observant going through the house and picked up on many details that he identified as selling features as well as anticipating possible objections. He was always professional, respectful, and a very accountable communicator throughout the whole process. Andrew and his media partners put together first class presentation materials, interactive floor plans, and an amazing 3D computer model of the home that has set a new standard for remote visualization. Regarding the sale of my former home, I recall: – the sale was handled with the utmost professional care and consideration – the listing was very quickly and accurately produced, to maximize the potential of the house – you kept me fully informed, and in a timely fashion, of the progress of the sale, the offers, and the closing of the sale – you advised me of all considerations with the house and sale, and worked with me to secure my terms (such as the closing in the January of the new year, the handling of the tenants who were in the house) I am absolutely delighted with the sale of the house and the service that you provided in that sale.

Your communication with us was consistent, positive, not-overwhelming, helpful. Your timing was very good. I just looked back at the emails that lead to us purchasing our new home and it started with an email from you Monday morning saying ‘you should take a look at this.’ I appreciated getting the heads-up when something was coming on the market you thought we’d like. And I appreciated that you were able to match your presence/commitment to our level of presence/commitment. When we first engaged in this process we weren’t ready to buy or really even spend that much time looking. As we ramped up interest, so did you. I also appreciated that you made time for us at times that weren’t necessarily ideal for you. There’s a level of personal sacrifice that was evident.
