Whew! It's been a BUSY August, and September isn't showing signs of slowing either. Wherever the market went during the lockdown, it's back now and then some. Will it last? Can it last? It's difficult to say, nothing this year has been predictable. One thing I will note is that the activity for condos, which had been lagging far behind single-family homes, appears to be catching up somewhat. It's still a slower segment than single-family homes but as the gap widens it's causing people to reconsider condos as well. This, at least, is as expected.
