Statistics Released August 2022

For a number of months now I've been co-hosting a weekly real estate show with a colleague from another brokerage.  It's been a work in progress as we develop our style and message, but generally includes a review of the past week's stats, and a timely (or timeless) real estate topic.  Often we bring in special guests for their unique perspectives and knowledge as well.  We've had stagers, building inspectors, builders, and mortgage professionals.  Once per month we review the past month's stats in detail.  Here is a link to our most recent broadcast, or watch my Youtube or Facebook for the live show Mondays at 10am.  I hope you'll check it out.
