Disclosure of Representation - The Talk


Most people truly don't understand agency and representation.  REALTORS are duty bound to protect and promote their client's interests, so it is important to be clear about whether you are represented.  What you say, can and will be used against you at the negotiating table if you, for example, share too much at an open house with a representative of the seller.  It's important to confirm representation early to avoid confusion and understand the duties, obligations, service and advice available to you.
