The monthly real estate board stats are out and things are adjusting as expected seasonally.
What's this VIBE thing? I've teamed up with a colleague, Josh Marek, to form the VIBE real estate group. We're very aligned in approach and intention but are also very different. This is a good thing as we complement each others strengths and weaknesses well. That being said, we will continue to primarily serve our own clients while stepping in to assist each other when needed.
